The training
Your team learns from a PhD in Health Sciences, postgraduate in women's health and mental health, and from an ISSA certified trainer specialized in Positive Psychology.

Movement & Recovery
Exercise physiology, gentle stretching, recovery techniques and positive psychology practices that strengthen the mind, for each phase.

Aromas, colored light, sound, touch and barefoot contact with nature, adapted to each phase, with safe use of essential oils.

Absolute privacy, a discreet and non invasive presence, welcoming language without labels or stereotypes.

Before each ritual, a short screening: pregnancy, diagnosed gynecological conditions, intense pain or allergies. In these cases, the ritual is adapted or not performed.
